Entrepreneurship and its inspiring journeys

In 2019, 28% of French people want to give meaning to their project by creating their own business . Entrepreneurship allows innovation by appealing to creation while allowing a certain freedom. In this context, entrepreneurship is becoming more and more popular and many French people want to get started.

A few years earlier, entrepreneurship did not have the same success as it was so difficult to establish oneself. Today, there are several devices to allow you to develop your project in entrepreneurship but above all there are aids allowing any project to see the light of day. Tax reductions, exemptions from certain charges but also preferential loans are so many aids and devices that can help entrepreneurs. This is the case of Réseau entrepreneur, which each year offers the possibility of 1,400 new projects to exist in voluntary support of leaders.

In this article, we try to understand the reasons for the success of this path but we also wish to highlight outstanding profiles and certain figures of entrepreneurship. So, what about entrepreneurship in France?

Why choose entrepreneurship?

First of all, what is an entrepreneur and entrepreneurship? Entrepreneurship is defined as activities that contribute to the formation and growth of a business, the primary consequence of which is the creation of value. The entrepreneur is the person behind this creation. Similarly, auto-entrepreneurs are defined as micro-entrepreneurs. They are self-employed and also benefit from help allowing them to develop.

Choosing to be an entrepreneur means choosing another way of working. This way of working means a more creative, more autonomous but also freer organization. Entrepreneurship is knowing how to give meaning to one’s desires, ideas and needs. It is nevertheless necessary to make the difference between two types of entrepreneurship: Opportunity entrepreneurship : this is seen as a substitute for one’s job. Necessity entrepreneurship : this aims for growth, with a determined personal objective.

  • A favorable work environment : entrepreneurship requires autonomy. In this context, we often think of the start-up environment, which is defined as positive and which encourages fulfillment at work. It is above all a human adventure, you work alone or with collaborators, with a common goal: to develop your idea. We then speak of entrepreneurship. We don’t count our hours, we work with pleasure and rigor and high standards. Indeed, the individual requirement makes it possible to push back its limits and thus to boost its productivity.
  • Creation of added value : this favorable environment allows the creation of added value. The dynamic of innovation stimulates . This stimulation of all parts of the brain, including the hormones of happiness, leads to a project that will be innovative and that will have real added value.
  • A means of expressing one’s creativity : this stimulation emanating from entrepreneurship also makes it possible to encourage creation. Group work, the start-up environment with extra-work activities allow you to flourish at work and promote creativity. Above all, being an entrepreneur is about continuous innovation, many find it challenging not to know what project they will be working on in 3 months. It also allows you to express yourself through your work.
  • Teamwork : All the points discussed above assume the importance of teamwork in the entrepreneurial environment. In this spirit, the relational is privileged to the rational. We seek to find together avenues, solutions, etc.
  • Progress : another vision of entrepreneurship is that of progress. Any belief in a project can exist through the will to get things done. Technical progress, technological progress, medical progress etc. are essential to build the world of tomorrow.
  • The values conveyed : The difference between someone who works for him and someone who can work in another company, is that of values. Of course, you can share the values of your company. But one of the reasons that pushes individuals to undertake is that of the choice of values carried. Indeed, being at the very source of the creation of a brand, a concept, an object or other, reflects what we think most of us and what we want to convey.
  • Success : Any entrepreneurial project has its realization in mind. In this, investing completely, night and day in a project that is close to our hearts and seeing it come to fruition, is the culmination of hard work. The success of a project is one of the primary motivations. Every day, an entrepreneur works to make his project work.
