Employee benefits, take advantage of them!

For those of you who are lucky, it’s likely that the company you work for offers a number of benefits, sometimes referred to as employee benefits . Even if your goal is financial independence, it would be a shame, on the path that leads you there, not to take advantage of these bonuses offered by your employer. Their nature is variable, their number can be important, let’s see which are the best known. This article is not intended to be exhaustive, I am far from knowing all these advantages, but it will allow everyone, I hope, to make maximum use of the employee advantages at their disposal.

First type of benefits, probably the best known: all the logistical benefits offered by your company. Here are a few that you may be eligible for:

It is impossible to list all the advantages that an EC can offer to a company’s employees, so I will only present a few. The particularity of the latter compared to some of those presented in the previous paragraph is that you must be an actor to take advantage of these employee benefits: if you want to benefit from them, make the request! In this last category, the idea is not to mention the salaries or the different bonuses that your employer can offer, according to multiple more or less obscure criteria. Here are some of the benefits your employer can offer you. Not everyone knows about it, so consider finding out what your company has to offer. The accumulation of these gains over a year is potentially far from trivial.
