ESCadrille Toulouse Junior Conseil is the Junior-Enterprise of TBS Education , formerly Toulouse Business School and ESC Toulouse. Created 45 years ago, in 1978, it allows the students of the school to carry out consulting assignments with various clients such as entrepreneurs, VSEs/SMEs and major accounts. Thus, as a student, you can choose to work alongside us to carry out different missions as an investigator (L3) or speaker (M1 and M2).
But you can also and above all join our ranks during your 3rd year of the Grande Ecole Program . You can then choose between our 4 areas : Business, Marketing, Treasury and Audit & Quality.
The best gateway to the professional world
All students looking for a professional experience turn to ESCadrille and this is no coincidence. Indeed, within our structure you will have the opportunity to develop plural skills initially by carrying out the missions of your pole, but also by assuming the role of Project Manager .
Business division
Each pole has its own specificities. If you join the Business division , for example, you will be able to take needs before presenting your commercial proposal to your client. You will also have the opportunity to respond to public tenders but also to create an ambitious strategy to develop the activity of the structure.

Marketing Department
The Marketing division will allow you to handle a multitude of digital tools to ensure customer acquisition and communication. You will thus build the most eccentric prospecting strategies. You will discover the concept of automating processes to make them more efficient. Our website will have no more secrets for you, you will also make many competing sites pale by placing it in the first results of search engines. You will become an outstanding communicator thanks to your majestic designs or even video editing worthy of the greatest Nolan. In short, you will become versatile since you will master a large number of marketing tools.

Treasury Division
You will discover the fundamentals of treasury and financial strategy via the Treasury department . Your work will allow our structure to be sustainable by maintaining stable financial viability over time. You will thus ensure compliance with the social and tax obligations of the structure, in particular by making VAT declarations or by paying the various social security contributions to the URSSAF for example. By integrating this pole, you will have a privileged link with banking organizations and our accountant.

Audit & Quality Department
At the Audit & Quality division , you will be responsible for the management of all studies in consulting for the structure . Indeed the entire structure can be required to manage a team on a study (Project Manager). You and the other members of the Audit & Quality department will therefore be present to intervene on the studies as a follow-up manager to ensure that the study is progressing and that the deadlines are met. In addition, the pole is made up of two major facets : one turned towards Consulting and the other towards Quality .
Indeed the Audit & Quality pole is at the heart of the structure and works frequently with the other poles to ensure the performance of the structure. Via this close link lies the notion of Consulting which must be permanently ensured. For example, when a member of the Business division carries out the methodology for a new study that he is going to present to the client, you must advise him in the construction of his commercial proposal thanks to the in-depth knowledge of the legal framework that you will gather throughout throughout your experience at ESCadrille. This is only an example but it allows you to understand the importance of advice within this division.
On the other side is Quality . You will also be in charge of monitoring strategies, action plans, projects as well as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support the office. You will intervene with your team to correct the various deviations from the objectives. In addition, you will have to manage 3 Audits in 1 year (2 organizational audits and 1 CSR audit).
It is therefore a very complete center that will allow you to professionalize yourself and develop many soft and hard skills useful for the professional world . It is therefore necessary to be curious, ambitious and rigorous to be able to make this pole work.

I have just produced a summary of the typical missions that exist in our poles, but I have not yet detailed the role of the Project Manager.
First, everyone can become one which is a huge plus. This role is essential in our structure because the Project Manager is the privileged interlocutor between ESCadrille and the client but also with the other stakeholders of the study (investigators and consultants) . Under the supervision of the monitoring officer (member of the Audit & Quality department), he draws up the contractual documents, the study follow-up meetings and supports the consultant in drafting the Final Report.
A springboard for your career
ESCadrille will allow you to acquire technical skills, in other words hard skills which will be an undeniable asset during the recruitment process. However, it is not limited to that, indeed you will have the opportunity to work in groups with the members of ESCadrille but also the other Junior-Entrepreneurs whether they are in France or abroad. This will indirectly improve your soft skills , “social skills” sought after on the job market.
Entrepreneurship
At a time when entrepreneurship is highly prized, joining a Junior-Enterprise will give you important keys to better understand this universe and why not get started . In addition, you will have a global vision of a small structure that has a wide range of skills (I am talking here about the poles and the office). However, it doesn’t stop there since, through the services we offer, we support entrepreneurs at different stages of their entrepreneurial life . Whether at the very beginning to assess the feasibility of their project or along the way to develop their visibility via a web marketing strategy. Finance & Audit
Many Alumni in our structure have chosen to focus on the finance sector . ESCadrille is a multidisciplinary association that opens the doors to all professional sectors. Finance is part of it. We offer financial services by carrying out business plans for our clients, the objective is to assess the financial viability of their project. If you are interested in financial tables and you are thinking of moving into finance or financial auditing, we are made for you!
In addition, the rigor and responsibilities you will exercise will give you a head start when recruiting. We know full well that finance and auditing are hard to reach industries. Each year, our members join M&A (merger acquisition) or Private Equity (Capital-Investment) firms during their gap-year internship following their experience at ESCadrille, for example. Others go into banking positions . Thus, our Alumni have already had experience at BNP Paribas, Edmond de Rothschild, Deloitte, EY to name but a few organizations.
Advice
How to talk about professional opportunities after ESCadrille without sharing our core business . A Junior-Enterprise is consulting services. We offer various services to advise our clients. Quite naturally, if you are interested in the finance sector, you will have already acquired a first experience in consulting. In addition, depending on the studies for which you will have the chance to work, you will be able to advise organizations on CSR, technology, communication, etc.
ESCadrille offers the possibility of awakening one’s appetites in the field of consulting . But it is a major boost to move towards this sector. Our Alumni have had a lot of internships, work-study programs or jobs in prestigious firms. I can cite a few examples, the Big Four (Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PWC) but also BCG McKinsey & Company and Capgemini.
Marketing & Growth
If you are destined for activities related to digital marketing to work in start-ups or more traditional companies, ESCadrille is a good way to familiarize yourself with digital tools . Thanks to your experience in a Junior-Enterprise that uses these tools, you will have the opportunity to learn and try to improve our strategy to reach a wider range of prospects. Within the marketing division, we develop inbound marketing strategies (work that we carry out on our site) and outbound marketing strategies (all actions outside our site) to develop our referencing and our reach.
In addition, digital marketing being strongly correlated with automation, you will be able to discover our current actions but also build the next ones to develop the productivity of the structure. All this will give you a definite advantage to work in the field of digital marketing .
Commitment within the CNJE
Choosing to join ESCadrille means integrating a Movement of more than 200 Juniors in France, bringing together more than 25,000 students. To organize and protect all these structures, there is an organization: the National Confederation of Junior-Enterprises .
The CNJE does not work alone, in fact, there are very few full-time employees. The other people in charge of the management of this association are the former Junior-Entrepreneurs . It is a necessary condition to integrate it. The objective is simple: to extend his experience beyond his mandate within his Junior.
The advantage is that most positions (apart from the Presidency and the Vice-Presidency) can be carried out alongside his internship or work-study program . Enough to strengthen his employability by adding an enriching and rewarding experience to his CV.
In 2022-2023, Yanis GANNOUNI, former President of ESCadrille, decided to complete his caesura at the CNJE. This year, Billel HAMIDDOUCH , a former member of the Audit & Quality division, holds the position of Secretary General in the largest confederate grouping in France.
