Co-founded by Dorian ZERROUDI, Benjamin HAUTIN and Abdelwakil BENABDI, this media is driven by the transmission of knowledge and equal opportunities . It was created to meet the needs of students after their passage in the preparatory class . It is originally an initiative coming from the students, it is quite natural that the latter are currently strongly involved by the media . ESCadrille Toulouse Junior Conseil, Junior-Enterprise of TBS Education and PGE, independent media are in fact far from being different. We will therefore see in this article to what extent each of our structures contributes to the commitment of young people.
Youth engagement at PGE
Originally, Planète Grandes Ecoles was born from the desire to help as many students as possible to learn about the news of the Grandes Ecoles and Companies. The objective is to accompany the students for the competitions.
But it doesn’t stop there when the students join their school, PGE then directs them towards the professional world to decipher all the professional opportunities in various sectors and trades. The editorial team is involved in providing advice and tips to help overcome the recruitment process.
Under the supervision of Mister Prépa , Planète Grandes Ecoles helps future generations to integrate this prestigious sector of the Grandes Ecoles. All this through three strong values:

You are probably wondering, and rightly so: “But where is the student commitment behind PGE?”
Beyond the commitment of the three founders, there is indeed a student community strongly involved behind this medium. The concept is at the level of the editors. They are students from the most prestigious academic institutions in France.
Thus, PGE is constantly looking for new students ready to commit to writing media by sharing common values . They thus have a unique experience in parallel with their studies by actively participating in the development of a fast-growing group, numerous impact projects, etc. This offers several advantages to people who wish to work with PGE: experience that can be valued on a CV, remuneration to make ends meet and the possibility of doing an internship or a work-study program with Mister Prépa and PGE.

You have just discovered the commitment that students have when working with Planète Grandes Ecoles, but this is also something in common with ESCadrille. Indeed, students of TBS Education (formerly Toulouse Business School and ESC Toulouse) can also engage with us.
Our members
Integrating a Junior-Enterprise requires a lot of will and involvement because there are many applicants. Commitment is therefore found from recruitment where more than 100 students apply to hope to integrate ESCadrille. This is a first step in the resilience that our members will develop during their tenure.
Once in the association, our members make a long-term commitment for an adventure that promises to be rewarding. They chose the Junior-Enterprise, one of the most professional associations in the school.
Our member administrators therefore work daily to ensure the quality of the services we offer to our clients in order to ensure the sustainability of our structure. But there are also many other things such as customer acquisition, prospecting, communication, cash flow, HR… It’s a whole that allows you to obtain good results.

ESCadrille emphasizes its ecosystem, we have also written an article on this subject: ESCadrille, a whole ecosystem. Our commitments are multiple because we wish to become a lever of youth engagement to contribute to the transformations of society.
This commitment is reinforced by our status as Best Junior-Enterprise in France in 2023 . Indeed, this offers ESCadrille the opportunity to work more in depth with the National Confederation of Junior-Enterprises to promote the commitment of the entire Movement.
TBS Education students
ESCadrille is not only its members, it is also the students who participate in missions with added educational value. We are key players in professional integration within TBS Education. The work of our members directly benefits students by offering them studies that they can value during their recruitment process, and even more pragmatically, it is a means of contributing to the financing of their studies.
This is also why we have co-constructed the tripartite project with the TBS Education Foundation and TBS Alumni to promote equal opportunities. When ESCadrille carries out a study with an Alumni of the school, 10% of the amount of the latter is redistributed to the Foundation to then be given in the form of scholarships to students who need it.
Planète Grandes Ecoles and ESCadrille are ultimately not so different. Despite an antagonistic social object, these two entities manage to federate a committed student community.
