Escadrille triumphs with its Excellence Award

ESCadrille went last weekend to the National Summer Congress 2023 organized by the National Confederation of Junior-Enterprises (CNJE). For two days, the Junior Entrepreneurs were able to meet and train among themselves or with Movement partners: BNP Paribas, Alten, EY, Engie and Saint-Gobain.

For the record, the CNJE is an association law 1901 created in 1969 which allows among other things to protect the status of the 200 member French structures . Thus, it carries out an audit every year in order to verify that no Junior puts itself or jeopardizes the Movement from a legal point of view.

The Congresses, essential moments

Each year, the life of student members of a Junior-Enterprise (JE) is punctuated by several events. They can thus take part in various cocktails with their school, their partners or other Junior-Enterprises for example. However, if there are moments not to be missed, it is the Congresses .

There are two types of Congress. At first, we find the Regional Congresses in Spring and Autumn . These are organized by region (North, East, West, Île de France, Center-East, South-West and Mediterranean) which allows Junior-Entrepreneurs to meet their local ecosystem and to learn about issues specific to their region. .

Then, on a larger scale, there are the National Congresses which unfold in Summer and in Winter . These two unmissable events allow more than 1,000 students to meet to share their experiences and learn. In addition, it is an opportunity for the CNJE Partners to promote certain Junior-Enterprises which have distinguished themselves throughout the year through their projects.

The National Confederation of Junior-Enterprises allows thanks to these events to:

  • Promote the skills development of Junior Entrepreneurs during the year through training.
  • To be a real bridge between the student world and professional life by developing the entrepreneurial culture.
  • Encourage the commitment of young people , and thus guarantee a sufficient level of quality of services.

These three missions characterize the very essence of the French Movement, which on December 23, received strong recognition after the promulgation of Article 14 of the Social Security Financing Bill for 2023 .

On the evening of May 13, ESCadrille Toulouse Junior Conseil was awarded the Prix d’Excellence. After more than 4 months of hard work, this Prize rewards the investment of several mandates and the legacy of more than 45 years of history.

This distinction symbolizes the Excellence of ESCadrille on:

Its social purpose, through the rise in skills of TBS Education students

  • His Excellency Internal Processes
  • Excellence of the projects and actions carried out by the mandate
  • Excellence in Stakeholder Management
  • Excellence in customer management

His incarnation of the ambitions of the Movement to pull it up by 2024

  • Strong commitments in and for the Movement or its stakeholders
  • Commitments to causes, projects related to those of the Movement

In short, the Prix d’Excellence rewards Excellence “of a mandate”.

Much more than a mandate, this Excellence Award rewards the commitment of several generations that have enabled ESCadrille to rank as Best French Junior-Enterprise in 2023 .

The CNJE Audit-Advice campaign

Its primary objective is to protect the Junior-Enterprise brand and advise Juniors on their processes. Nevertheless, it is also the way for the CNJE to achieve a ranking of the 30 JE eligible for the Prix d’Excellence . It is called the list of 30 (L30).

Realization of the Annual Review

This file must enable the Jury to understand the context in which the N mandate evolved and its strategy . Thus, it makes it possible to report on what was done in N-1, the choices and projects carried out by mandate N and the future strategy for the following mandate according to the results obtained. At the end of this stage, the CNJE, accompanied by its COS and its Premium Partners (BNP Paribas, Alten, EY and Engie), designates the L6.

This reflection exercise allows a structure to take a step back from its past actions to build its future.

Diagnosis by Premium Partners

On the basis of a common grid produced by the Premium Partners in collaboration with the CNJE, the JEs must present the accuracy of the information that they were able to communicate during the previous stages. But also show the work they provide in the management of their customers and their stakeholders .

The 3 finalist Junior-Enterprises are then designated according to this diagnosis and the satisfaction survey carried out among their customers.

The ultimate test of the Grand Oral

A Junior-Enterprise that wins the Excellence Prize represents the Junior-Enterprise Movement for one year. In fact, it must embody the ambitions and values of the latter.
