Our range of services being already complete, we had to present an innovative way to support the growth of our customers well after a study with us. Introduction done, here is a focus on an ecosystem that is more than ever the strength of our Junior-Enterprise.

French Tech Toulouse
The French start-up movement , La french Tech, is a one-of-a-kind ecosystem that brings together start-ups, but also investors, decision-makers and community builders. At the national level, the mission of this entity is to make France one of the most attractive countries for start-ups that want to get started, conquer international markets and develop solutions that make sense. This mission therefore extends over the Toulouse basin via the Toulouse entity of the structure.
Thus, by establishing a partnership with La French Tech Toulouse, ESCadrille is committed to a close ecosystem that allows many entrepreneurs to increase the growth of their business. This agreement allows us to direct our clients to best support them in their development.
PetLova Tag AI , a Toulouse-based company specializing in facial recognition for animals that we supported in carrying out a market study, was able to benefit from the French Tech Tremplin to help them get started.
Movement of French Companies – Haute Garonne (MEDEF 31)
First network of entrepreneurs in France, the MEDEF brings together more than 70% of VSEs/SMEs. He is also a spokesperson for companies with civil society actors. The MEDEF’s mission is therefore to promote freedom of enterprise and more broadly entrepreneurship (we have also focused on this notion in a previous article).
Last year, ESCadrille became the first Junior-Enterprise in the Toulouse area to partner with MEDEF 31. This allows us to bring the voice of the Junior-Enterprise model to the heart of the economic fabric of the Occitanie region.
It is also an opportunity for our customers to benefit from a connection with MEDEF 31.
The fray
Partner of our structure, La mélée is a digital facilitator and brings together many users and experts throughout the Occitanie region. Through a pre-incubation program, this starter allows many entrepreneurs to benefit from coaching, networking, exchanges of best practices or even joint communication.
Today, there are nearly 500 members and more than 20,000 professionals who run the La mélée network. Here are the missions of the association:
- Contribute to the transformation and digital security of organizations
- Promote the emergence of talents, new forms of work, training and education for everyone, but also co-education and diversity.
- Participate in digital inclusion and the reduction of bills in the regions
- Accelerating entrepreneurship, open innovation and sustainable digital
ESCadrille is now able to advise digital companies. And de facto facilitate relations with La Mêlée for entrepreneurs working in the digital sector.
Nubbo
Nubbo’s raison d’être is to create and contribute to the development of young, innovative and promising companies aimed at leaders with a sustainable vision.
A pioneer in particular thanks to its own ESG strategy, Nubbo wishes to convey a positive impact on society. This mission-driven incubator aims to be exemplary among its peers in the way it conducts its projects and by supporting sustainable entrepreneurship. Here are their three values:

The partnership linking ESCadrille to Nubbo allows us today to offer development opportunities for companies with a sustainable mission in their field.
IoT Valley
IoT Valley is an incubator, but also defines itself as a start-up hotel and an innovation accelerator. More simply, this incubator will allow you to structure and “de-risk” your innovation projects. IoT Valley is structured around three activities:
- Animation of an ecosystem
- Entrepreneurship support
- Support for the digital transformation of companies
Nearly 600 employees work daily to bring tomorrow’s projects to life. A group of more than 50 start-ups are currently active in this ecosystem. The incubator benefits from more than 30 partner companies after their time at IoT Valley.
ESCadrille wishes to offer the most versatile value offer possible and address as many profiles as possible.
IMT Albi-Carmaux technology incubator
The ambition of the IMT Albi-Carmaux technology incubator is to transform ideas into companies by relying on training and research centres. Incubates are thus supported on a scientific, entrepreneurial and technical level.
An integral part of the WeTechUp network, which includes 11 coaches on the 8 IMT campuses. Thus, this network helps more than 170 innovative projects, bringing growth and meaning.
EY
Ernst &Young is a financial audit and consulting firm. Among the Big Four, EY is an influential firm that no longer needs to prove its expertise.
ESCadrille works hand in hand with EY Toulouse to train its stakeholders through the Consulting Unit . This allows them to increase their skills and improve their career within TBS Education to ultimately develop their employability.
This therefore allows ESCadrille to increase the quality of its studies by working with an expert actor in the field of consulting. EY is thus getting closer to committed young people.
The J7 (Junior Seven)
The J7 is in fact a consortium of Junior-Enterprises from all over Europe. This has two main objectives:
- Enable collaboration on studies on a European scale
- Exchanging and sharing our knowledge and know-how
For example, we carried out a quantitative survey for a large account across Europe.
